Nelson joined Game Ready as VP of Operations in September 2007. Prior to Game Ready, he held various executive positions with a number of start-up medical device organizations and Fortune 100 companies. Nelson brings with him over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Operations in the medical device and defense industries. He last served as the General Manager at FlexMedical, a division of Flextronics International. There he led the creation of an organization and a production plant solely designed to support medical device manufacturing.

Nelson holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He lives in Pleasanton, California, and enjoys an active life with his wife, Pat and son, Michael.
