Roger Strauch served as Chairman of the Board for Ask Jeeves from August 1997 to January 2001 and was the company's Chief Executive Officer from April 1998 to November 1998. He is currently chairman of the Roda Group, a venture development company based in Berkeley, California. He is on the Board of Directors of all eight Roda Group companies, and is an executive member of the Board of Trustees of the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in Berkeley, California, and the Berkeley Repertory Theater.
